Surveying Solutions was formed in May 1999. Our main office is in Edinburgh, with a satellite office in Perthshire, from which we can service the geographic spread of our Clients' properties. Surveying Solutions are also part of the UKBS Network of Building Surveyors which has a combined resource of 450 staff in 30 offices creating a single point of contact for genuine National coverage.

The Directors of Surveying Solutions have over 100 years of professional experience and we are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We are customer focused and appreciate that our advice is only part of our Clients' decision making process. We pride ourselves in providing a fast and efficient service, with a bespoke solution to each project. While seeking to minimise risk, we also look beyond convention for imaginative solutions.
